COVID19 Update

To Our Valued Customers,

Acme Display serves some companies that are exempt during this COVID-19 crisis and in need of our products. We have decided to make our products available to our regular customers on a very limited basis.  In support of the effort to stop the spread of the virus and our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers, we will be offering contactless curbside pickup and shipping on a reduced schedule of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 3pm.  Our showroom will remain temporarily closed.

Please place your orders in advance and wait for a confirmation before planning to arrive.  You can order online or by calling (888)521-2263. Orders must be prepaid by credit card as we are limiting the exposure of our employees and our accounting department is not on site.

 

Shipping orders:

Until further notice, our shipping department will only be shipping orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  All orders must be placed the day before. Please call to inquire about LTL freight shipments.

Contactless Curbside Pick Up Procedure:

  1. ORDER: Place your order on our website and choose “Will Call Customer Pickup”,  or place an order by calling customer service at (888)521-2263.  Please be sure to provide your cell phone number.
  2. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION: We will contact you to confirm your order and let you know when it can be ready for pickup.  We are currently only scheduling pickups on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  3. ARRIVE: Once you have arrived in our parking lot, please call (213)280-5205 and stay in your vehicle. This is our temporary will call pickup phone number. 
  4. RECEIVE YOUR ORDER: While you are staying in your vehicle, we will deliver your items next to your car.  If you will be picking up heavy or large items, make sure to bring another person to assist.  Be sure to double-check your order and call our will-call number before driving away if you believe you have received something incorrectly.
