Until further notice, all returns will be put on hold and handled on an order by order basis. As stated below in our return policy, if you need to make a return please call and request a Return Authorization Number and we will provide more information as to how we can accommodate your request.
All sales on our new COVID19 related items such as masks, sanitizers, soaps, and wipes are not returnable. This is noted in the item’s description.
If you decide to return an item, it must be in new condition with the original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date received. Please obtain a return authorization (RA) from one of our team members and you will receive store credit. Our restocking charge of returned items is 25% of the cost of the goods. Closeout items are final sale.
All canceled orders will be given a cancellation number at the time of Acme’s acceptance of cancellation. We ask that our customer keep that number for reference should the order be inadvertently shipped.
Acme Display does not accept collect shipments. Any such cancellation will be subject to Acme Display’s cancellation policies, including but not limited to Acme Display’s restocking charges which currently are equal to 25% of the cost of the goods. Closeout items are final sale.
